Tuition fees and payment

Tuition fees

ESPOL, a private higher education institution, cannot operate without family contributions. The cost varies according to the household’s resources and the CROUS scholarship index* (if applicable)..

Fees for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees: between €3,440 and €12,020

Fees for the Programme in European Politics: a single fee of €10,300 per year and €5,150 per semester.

To find out which bracket you are in, simply take your 2023 tax notice for 2022 income and take the higher of your taxable income and your reference tax income.

The education scales are divided into

  • into 6 categories, D to D5
  • And specifically for D5 scholarship holders, according to the CROUS scales

Payment methods

Once you have registered and your application has been validated by the Student Affairs Management Service (SGAE), you can pay your registration fees in one of the following ways:

By credit card: in one instalment, directly online on the Université Catholique de Lille’s admission platform, under the heading ‘Paying for my studies’.

By direct debit: in 1, 3 or 6 instalments. In this case, you will be asked to pay an additional fee of €41 for multiple payments.

The CVEC (Student life and campus contribution)

Before you enrol, you must pay the CVEC.

What is the CVEC?

The CVEC is the Student and Campus Life Contribution.  Under the law, it is collected by the Crous. It is used to develop useful services in your day-to-day life, at your school and at your Crous. Depending on your situation, you can pay it (€100) or be exempt.

Create your account now on your ‘Mes Services Étudiants’ platform. You can pay directly on this platform or on the CVEC website.

Once you have completed your payment (if you are exempt, you do not have to pay anything), download your CVEC payment certificate, which shows your identification number.

This number is essential for the admission platform registration process (without it, you will be blocked at the ‘Financial data’ stage).
