With a Master's degree in Management & Communication, Sarah began her career in communications and human resources. In 2009, she joined the world of higher education, spending nine years as director of the IAE France network, which brings together some thirty management schools. In 2018, a family project took her to Sweden, where she spent six years as Deputy Headmistress of the Lycée Français de Stockholm. Upon her return to France, Sarah joined ESPOL in 2025.
