After obtaining a degree in foreign languages and European law from the Catholic University of Lille and a master’s degree in Management of Local Authorities from the University of Lille, he started his career as an international mobility manager at the University of Lille and then at the URSSAF Nord-Pas-de-Calais before joining ESPOL in June 2021.
