Before joining ESPOL, I worked at Queen Mary University of London, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces' Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM), and King's College London. I am also Associate Research Fellow in Defence at the Jacques Delors Institute. I have published in particular in the Journal of European Public Policy, JCMS: Journal of Common Market Studies, Survival and European Security. My opinion pieces have appeared in newspapers such as Le Monde, El País, European Pravda, Népszava, EUobserver and EURACTIV.
