With a BTS (HND) in Executive Assistant, Naïma joined the University in July 2008 as an Assistant in the internship department at H.E.I (Hautes études d'ingénieur, for 3 years) and then as a Studies Assistant at the Faculty of Law in 2012 (for 4 years). She then joined ESPOL for the same position (since 2016).
