With a Master's degree in Economics, Guillaume has developed his career in the United Kingdom, where he has coordinated several European and international projects. An Anglophile with a passion for British culture, he has worked for the City of Westminster on Horizon Europe programmes dedicated to sustainable mobility. He brings his expertise in international project management and financing to ESPOL's development.
