Arriving in Lille

When should you arrive?

Students must arrive in Lille the week before the start of the course in order to be present for the orientation of new students. For the exact dates, please consult the [link to Academic Calendar].

Finding your way around the campus

Once in Lille, the campus is accessible on foot, by metro, bus or bicycle. For guidance, we recommend downloading the Yochi app, available from Google Play Store and the App Store. As well as a campus map, it will give you access to your timetable, documents and much more.

During your stay in Lille

Completion of administrative procedures

Once you’ve arrived, you’ll need to complete a number of administrative procedures to ensure that your stay goes smoothly, including registering for social security to be covered in the event of an accident during your stay, registering with the CAF to obtain benefits to help you pay for your accommodation and opening a bank account to manage your expenses on the ground.

Choice of courses:

As an incoming student, you can choose the courses you take at ESPOL. You can consult the courses on offer on the [link to Course Catalogue] in French or English.
