The ESPOL student network

In order to provide the best possible support to future students, the student office has set up a network accessible on Instagram called EspoLocations. It allows you to find rentals, flat shares or even sublets among ESPOL students. Very useful for your search and for taking your first steps in the ESPOL community!

The various agencies and flat search platforms

Some platforms specialise in student rentals, from the classic Studapart to concepts such as Student Factory, and we encourage you to consider them. Of course, more traditional methods are also valid, and estate agents and well-known websites such as SeLoger or even Leboncoin are still worth exploring.

The Visale guarantee, which is very useful for those whose parents or relatives cannot act as guarantors. If you are about to sign your lease for the start of the academic year, it is likely that the landlord will ask you for a guarantor. One solution to this is the Visale scheme, which is available to all students. Managed by Action Logement, this service acts as a guarantor for your accommodation for the entire duration of the lease, regardless of your situation.
