Applications for Master’s Programmes

Admission to a Master’s programme at ESPOL is open to applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits). As part of the application process, you will be required to submit the following documents:

  • Academic transcripts from the three years of the Bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS)
  • CV in English
  • Cover letter in English
  • Two academic letters of recommendation (in English or French)
  • Proof of English language proficiency

Admission to ESPOL Master’s programmes follows two distinct procedures, depending on your country of residence and nationality.

Application Procedure for European Students

If you are a French student or a national of the European Economic Area, Andorra, Switzerland, or Monaco, you must apply directly via the national Mon Master platform.

Mon Master 2026 Timeline:

  • 2 February: Publication of programmes open for enrolment in September 2026 and creation of applicant accounts
  • 17 February – 16 March: Submission of applications on the platform
  • From 21 March: Review of applications by institutions
  • 3 June – 16 June: Main admission phase

Application Procedure for Non-European Students

After registering on the Études en France platform, applicants residing outside Europe must create an account and complete their application file via the Université Catholique de Lille admissions portal before 1 May 2026.


Applications for entry into the second year of a Bachelor’s Degree

ESPOL accepts applications from students wishing to enter directly into the second year of a Bachelor’s degree. If you have completed a first year in a field related to political science and successfully validated 60 ECTS credits, you may apply to one of our three Bachelor’s programmes.

The following supporting documents will be required:

  • An English language certificate demonstrating a minimum B2 level (TOEIC, TOEFL, PTE, IELTS, Cambridge tests)
  • High school diploma
  • High school diploma transcripts
  • Transcripts from the final two years of secondary education
  • Transcripts from the first year of Bachelor’s studies
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Cover letter written in English

Students wishing to enter directly into the second year at ESPOL must apply via the Université Catholique de Lille admissions portal before 1 May 2026.
