2nd year of bachelor’s degree

ESPOL is open to candidates wishing to enter directly into the second year of the Licence. If you have completed a first year in a field related to political science and validated a first year (60 ECTS credits) you can apply for one of our three bachelor’s degrees.

Here are the different stages in the application process:

  • Creating an account on the admission platform

Log on to the admissions platform and create an account using your personal email address. If your application is accepted, this address will enable you to access the registration phase. It will then be linked to your login details, giving you access to your student portal.

  • The application steps
  • My profile: Enter your personal details (civil status, personal details).
  • My applications: Choose ESPOL from the drop-down menu or use the search bar on the right of the screen. To add new applications, click on the “Click to add a new application” bar.
  • My secondary education: In this step, enter your secondary school certificate(s) or diploma(s) (type of certificate, year, status, etc.).
  • My higher education studies: In this step, enter the programme(s) and diploma(s) obtained in your higher education studies after the high school diploma. Please check that your details are correct and enter your courses and qualifications from the oldest to the most recent (e.g. from high school diploma to third year of bachelor’s degree).
  • Summary and payment: This final stage gives you a summary of the applications you have made. You must now pay the application fee.

Please note! After this stage, you will not be able to change your personal details.

Confirmation of application: Once you have completed your profile on the admission platform and paid the application fee, you will have access to your application form.

Your application is now complete! As soon as we receive your file, the selection process will begin, and you will be able to follow the progress of your application online.

  • Validated application and CVEC

Once your application has been validated, before you enrol, you must pay the CVEC. This is the Student and Campus Life Contribution. It is used to develop services that are useful to students in their day-to-day lives: access to healthcare, social support, cultural and sporting initiatives, etc.

  • Registration

You can now click on “I register” and follow the various steps to fill in your personal details.

Please note! To finalise your registration, you must have your CVEC payment certificate number (payment or exemption).

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our admissions department.
