1st year of bachelor’s degree

If you are a non-European student, the application process might be different regarding where you are from. To be sure to follow the right procedure, please refer to the Campus France application guide.

As a European student, all applications for a 1st year Bachelor’s Degree are made on the Parcoursup platform. This is the French admission platform that lists over 23,000 courses and allows you to choose the ones that interest you.

Here are the different stages in the application process:

  • Registering with Parcoursup

To register, you must have an e-mail address, an INE/BEA number, your high school diploma number, your high school transcripts and your parents’ or guardians’ most recent tax assessment.

  • Making your selection

To find us, simply type “ESPOL” in the search bar on the course map.

You can make a maximum of 10 wishes, without having to rank them. Each ESPOL degree counts as one wish. In the space dedicated to each course, make sure you give the reasons for your choice. At ESPOL, this part must be written in English for each course.

  • Creating your application file and confirming your wishes

Enter the required information and submit the necessary documents. Once you have completed your application, remember to confirm your wishes. Please note! After the deadline, any unconfirmed wishes will not be taken into account and it will no longer be possible to modify your application.

  • Receiving replies to your applications

Replies to your application will arrive as soon as the main admissions phase begins. You can receive a positive reply from ESPOL right up to the end of the main admissions phase. If you receive two positive replies, you must choose between them without giving up your pending wishes.

  • Paying the CVEC

Before registering, you must pay the CVEC. This is the Student and Campus Life Contribution. It is used to develop services that are useful to students in their daily lives: access to healthcare, social support, cultural and sporting initiatives, etc.

  • Applying to the school

As soon as your application has been accepted on Parcoursup, you can log on to the admission platform using the email address and password you received by email. Then follow the various steps.

Please note! To finalise your registration, you must have your CVEC payment certificate number (payment or exemption).

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our admissions department.
